We are currently accepting custom dog design orders to be printed/embroidered on any of our items from character collection.

After placing order, please e-mail: 1. Picture of your pup 2. Color option(and size)for the item 3. Your order number to: mydearbongo@gmail.com

⚠️For hat embroidery orders: We normally express eyes and nose using black threads(unless your pet has lighter colored eyes and nose) So please keep in mind that pets with black coat on their face(eye and nose area) will not show the eyes and/or nose.

PROCESSING + SHIPPING

Processing time for custom orders can take up to 2-10 business days, and shipping takes 1-3 days.

*The pup character artwork cannot be used for any other purposes. The ownership of artwork solely belongs to My Dear Bongo, Dedeer Inc.
