Refund policy

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 7 days of receipt for domestic orders and 14 days for international orders.

Returned items must have not used, altered, or washed.

(Exchanges are accepted for the same priced item) and all discounted sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchange inquiries for international orders, please contact us via e-mail.

NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

Can I return a sale item?

All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange request on sale items will not be accepted.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Repeated Return

We track the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Found Wand account.
