Shipping policy

Orders received before 3pm Monday - Friday PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed within 24-72 hours pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (PST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS mail for all orders. My Dear Bongo will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages during transit. If your order is lost in the mail, My Dear Bongo will be responsible for providing buyer with proof of shipment upon buyer's request. My Dear Bongo is not responsible for an undelivered or mis-delivered package due to address’s entered incorrectly. Please note that USPS delivery quotes indicate the amount of time needed for shipping, but do not include the time needed to prepare your order. Most pieces are ready for shipping within 3 business days of ordering, but some orders require additional time in production. All orders shipped overseas and to Canada are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of international orders, are not included in My Dear Bongo’s quoted shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS; We offer FREE First Class shipping on all U.S. orders. Once the package is dropped off with the carrier, delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days. Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
MyDearBongo.com offers for any purchase of $200 or more FREE INTERNATIONAL Shipping or $20 FLAT RATE shipping for any purchase below $200. Please Select FREE INTERNATIONAL or $20 Flat Rate shipping at checkout. Once the packaged is dropped off with the carrier, delivery time is approximately 7-14 business days.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you decide to refuse any shipments from MyDearBongo.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to MyDearBongo.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

DUTIES & TAXES

Sales tax will be added to all sales shipping to a California postal code. We do not cover taxes or duties on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
